I have branched the Atlantis repository so Beth can keep working on stable code but i can go nuts and make lots of changes. - Oct 29 2008*

Tagged the code that was in the RM-jCEP folder before deleting it and merging with the original atlantis_CVScode. Just in case is stuffed up the merge.

also tagged the main dev branch once i merged the code without (almost all biology done) jCEP and jPWN after it was checked in and before i merged the changes from the main truck and the dev trunch into the dev trunk.
