The following changes have been added to add support for reading in pH files as we do temperature and salinity.

If using pH files:

use_phFiles 1

1. Number of pH files

   npHfiles 1

2. The names of the pH input files

   pH0.name ../../../AMS/inputs/forcisets/AMSpH.nc

If not using pH files:

use_phFiles 0
