  1. Install required libs

sudo apt-get install subversion autoconf libnetcdf-dev libxml2-dev libproj-dev

Also install the following:

flip, netcdf-bin, nco

Useful Linux Commands:

  1. top - show cpu usages
  2. who
  3. df -h - show disk space
  4. chmod - change file permission.
  5. man - show manual on a command.
