rlantis
An Atlantis helper package written for R is being developed at the University of Iceland. At present the package can be used to help construct the initial conditions files. This package is intended to be a one-stop shop for building, manipulating, and visualizing Atlantis input and output files. Package development is on-going and new functionality is being added to the package daily. Once the package has reached a certain level of functionality/utility it will be submitted to CRAN. Until then the package can be installed from GitHub where it is being openly developed. The repository for the GitHub website is:
