Imposed Catch

This is used when the flagimposecatch_ value for the given fishery/species is not 0.
The following options are supported:

1 - Global
2 - Spatially Explicit
3 - Stock associated
4 - Adjacent cells

The fishing catch values are read in from provided TS files.

Fishing Mortality

This is used when flagF is true for the fishery/species.

Fished Biomass = mFC * mFC_brokenStick_scale * mpa_scale * mFC_scale * Biomass

mFC_brokenStick_scale

Apply any broken stick scaling. This scaler is calculated at the start of each year based on the fishing levels from the previous year.

mpa_scale
Where MPA_scale is set to the MPA status of the current cell if ’_flagmpa’ is set to 1 for that fishery.

mFC_scale
If the ‘flagchangeF’ value is set to true in the input file then the fishing mortality values can change over time. This scaling is then controlled using the following values:

mFC_changes’ - The number of changes in mFC for the group over each fishery.
’mFCchange_start
’ - The day from the run start that the mFC change starts.
‘mFCchange_period_’ - The period over which the change occurs.
‘mFCchange_mult_’ - The multiplication factor applied.
