Fisheries Definition file.
The number of fisheries is no longer fixed.
| Parameter Name | Description |

} Code | The code to give the fishery. This is used to find values in the model input files |
| Index | The index of the fishery - really just to help you keep count |
| Name | The name of the fishery. This is used to construct the variables written to the output netCDF files for this fishery |
| IsRec | A flag (0 or 1) to indicate if the fishery is a rec fishery. At present only a single rec fishery is supported but in the future you will be able to have more than one |
| NumSubFleets | The number of subfleets. This is only applicable is the fishery is using the economic model (flageffortmodel == 13 (econ_model_effort)) |
