Parameterising Atlantis
This information is to help people new to Atlantis gain an understanding of how the model works, how to run it and make sense of the output.
To run Atlantis you need to compile it from source code. You will not by default have permission to access the SVN code repository where the code is hosted.
Please contact Beth Fulton or Atlantis-DG for permission. They will also provide details of how to compile the code - see the Set-up - Software & Code section of the wiki.
